Christopher Eccleston (ganwyd 16 Chwefror 1964) oedd actor a chwaraeodd y Nawfed Doctor yn Doctor Who, o Rose, nes The Parting of the Ways.
Eccleston yw'r actor gyntaf i chwarae rôl y Doctor a gafodd ei eni ar ôl dechreuad y sioe nôl yn 1963; cafodd ei eni'r dydd olynol i ddarllediad ail episôd The Edge of Destruction a phythefnos yn dilyn darllediad y stori Dalek gyntaf yn y DU.
Yn 2005, enillodd Eccleston National Television Award am yr actor mwyaf poblogaidd am ei rôl yn Doctor Who.
Yn 2013, derbynodd Eccleston cynnigiad gan Steven Moffat i ymddangos yn The Day of the Doctor, ond fe wrthododd. O ganlyniad creodd Moffat cymeriad y Doctor Rhyfel.
