Patrick George Troughton (ganwyd 25 Mawrth 1920 yn Mill Hill, Llundain, bu farw 28ain 1987 yn Columbus, Georgia) oedd actor a chwaraeodd yr Ail Ddoctor o 1966 nes 1969, gan ddechrau gydag ymddangosiad di-glod ar ddiwedd The Tenth Planet, yn parhau i The Power of the Daleks nes The War Games.
Fe ddychwelodd am y rôl yn The Three Doctors, The Five Doctors a The Two Doctors. Ers ei farwolaeth yn 1987, mae ei ymddangosiadau mewn storïau aml-Doctor wedi eu creu trwy ffilmiau archif a dyblau corff.
Mae dau o'i feibion, David a Michael, wedi ymddangos yn Doctor Who hefyd, ac ymddangosodd un o'i wyrion, Harry Melling, ag ymddangosodd yn y stori Big Finish, The Whispering Forest.
