William Henry "Bill" Hartnell (8 Ionawr 1908, St Pancras, Llundain - 23 Ebrill 1975, Marden, Kent) oedd actor a chwaraeodd y Doctor Cyntaf o 1963 nes 1966, yn ddechrau gyda An Unearthly Child i The Tenth Planet.
