Frank Cottrell Boyce (* 23. September 1959 in Rainhill; Familienname Cottrell Boyce) ist ein britischer Schriftsteller und Drehbuchautor.

Für die Serie Doctor Who schrieb er die Drehbücher zu den Episoden In the Forest of the Night und Smile.
