Paul Kasey (né le 5 août 1973) est, jusqu'à aujourd'hui, l'acteur qui est apparut le plus de fois dans la nouvelle série de Doctor Who, dans The Sarah Jane Adventures et dans Torchwood à l'exception des acteurs principaux. Il est apparut 32 fois dans Doctor Who, 13 dans Torchwood et 18 dans SJA. Il est également apparut dans des programmes making-of comme Doctor Who Confidential et Totally Doctor Who. Lorsqu'il est associé à Alan Ruscoe, on peut le reconnaître comme le plus petit des deux.
