Tom Spilsbury (né à Swindon en 1976) est présentement l'éditeur du Doctor Who Magazine depuis août 2007. Il fut assistant éditeur de celui-ci à partir de mai 2003. Il fut aussi éditeur de plusieurs magazines britanniques dont Starburst, Shivers, Film Review, Ultimate DVD, et Cult Times.
