Music of the Spheres é um curta de Doctor Who, que foi transmitido pela primeira vez em forma de áudio em 27 de Julho de 2008, como parte da temporada do BBC Proms, durante um evento conhecido como Doctor Who at the Proms. O concerto Proms foi inicialmente transmitido por rádio, e assim o mini-episódio foi inicialmente visto apenas pelo público no Royal Albert Hall. Embora fosse possível ver o episódio on-line após a transmissão na rádio, Spheres foi o único episódio de Doctor Who a eventualmente ser transmitido pela BBC One já que sua estréia ocorreu na BBC Radio 3. O concerto Proms, e Music of the Spheres, foi transmitido na televisão pela primeira vez em 1 de janeiro de 2009, cerca de seis meses depois de sua estréia no rádio.
